First, remove the back plate and battery using your fingernail.
Remove SD card and Sim Card (possibly using a piece of tape). (unless you have modded your frame).
Then remove all the screws
including the screw behind the sticker
Using a spudger, pry up the frame, starting by prying up the corners where the screw posts are
Remove the frame
